FAQs

CONTACT US IN PALMER, MA

Q. My insurance company gave me a referral list of body shops that will do the repairs on my car for what they say it will cost. Your name is not on the list. Can I bring my car to you for repairs?

A. Yes. We are a registered repair shop, so we can deal with every insurance company in Massachusetts, as well as most out-of-state insurance companies. Most insurance companies in Massachusetts will give you a referral list of body shops in your county.

We are located in the Bondsville section of Palmer and are on the edge of three counties (Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester), so our name may not be on the list they gave you. We are a preferred shop for many insurance companies; however, we choose not to be on the lists of other insurance companies because of restrictions they place upon the body shops, limiting their ability to perform the proper repairs to your vehicle. Whether we are on that list or not, we can repair your car and deal with your insurance company to ensure your vehicle is repaired to its pre-accident condition.

Q. The estimate my insurance company gave me doesn't look like it will be enough to cover the repairs to my vehicle. Will I have to pay the difference?

A. No. If we find additional damage, parts, or labor operations that are not on the original estimate, we will call the insurance company appraiser and have them re-inspect the vehicle. They will then write a supplemental appraisal for any damage that occurred as a result of the accident.

Q. Can my insurance company tell me where to bring my car for repairs?
A. No. As the owner of the vehicle, you have the right to have it repaired at the shop of your choice.

Q. My car was in an accident. Will it be as good as it was before the accident?
A. Yes. A properly repaired vehicle will look and drive as well as it did before it was damaged. At Nesco Sales Inc., we are committed to repairing your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. Our technicians receive training on the latest techniques and products to ensure proper repairs on today's vehicles.

Q. I need a rental car while my car is in for repairs. How can I get one?
A. We can help arrange for a rental and have it delivered to you when you drop off your car. You may have rental coverage on your insurance policy that will pay for a rental, or if the damage to your vehicle was caused by someone else, his or her insurance should pay for your rental with no cost to you.
